My days were a blur of brand strategies and campaign analytics. I had built a life that was a testament to what a woman could achieve, and one day, I had a single, crushing thought: "This is too much."
I was an expert in helping others build their dream but was living in a nightmare of my own making—a cycle of burnout that no amount of success could justify. I was the leader who needed rest, the speaker who had lost her own voice.
So I did the hardest and best thing I've ever done. I stopped. I walked away from the life I had so carefully constructed, left the country to heal, and in that quiet space, I had to unlearn everything. I didn't just need a new strategy; I needed a new identity. I had to become The Softher CEO™—a leader who builds her success on a foundation of peace and purpose. The P.T.O.
